Within the Lower Saxony Graduate School “Hydrogen and the Hydrogen Derivative Ammonia”, I contribute to Sub-project II.3: Numerical Investigation of Ammonia–Hydrogen Combustion.
My research focuses on:
Using high-fidelity computational fluid dynamics (CFD) methods, I investigate ammonia-based combustion processes on high-performance computing systems. Open-source tools including OpenFOAM, Cantera and ParaView are used for simulation and advanced data analysis.
The goal is to provide fundamental insight into ammonia combustion physics and to support the development of stable, efficient, and low-emission combustion systems for future energy and propulsion technologies.
