The Career Service offers career counseling for young scientists with an explicit focus on potentials in the economy. Strategic cooperations with partners from industry are constantly being developed and intensified in order to provide interested young scientists with an insight into a career as well as contacts in industry.

The GradTUBS Graduate Academy supports young scientists in their career decision-making or goal-setting and offers, among other things, seminars on leadership skills as well as networking evenings that serve to build up the doctoral students' networks. For this purpose, experts are invited to promote exchange and to support the doctoral candidates in establishing contacts in research networks and industry.

The offer of personnel development department is directed at all employees of the Technische Universität Braunschweig and is intended to recognize, maintain, develop and promote the performance and learning potential of the employees.

The TU Braunschweig's Equal Opportunities Office supports young female scientists with specific career support offers. For women and men, the family office offers service and advice on the topic of reconciling family and science.
The Communications and Press Service is the central point of contact for university communications. It mediates between journalists, scientists and employees. The office maintains contact with relevant media and its own channels, which are constantly being developed under its responsibility. Advice on corporate design and web presence are also among the core competencies of the staff unit.

The services of the Teaching and Media Education Team at TU Braunschweig include the promotion of innovative teaching-learning concepts, consulting, moderation, information, interdisciplinary exchange and a wide range of qualification offers. The higher education workshops are open to all teachers at the TU Braunschweig. The Prof. program holds special workshops and events for all (junior) professors.
