Department 16 - Academic and Student Affairs

Department 16 oversees the ressorts of the Vice President for Organisational Development and Teacher Training and the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs in their areas of responsibility. Assigned to Division 1, it supports the university management in day-to-day operations, assumes the coordinating role in central areas of responsibility and projects, and actively pursues university development.

The Academic and Student Affairs team is the point of contact for lecturers and students on all central issues relating to study and teaching. This includes in particular the topics of teaching and study quality, the management of facilities and projects, quality management and the use of special funds in teaching and learning.
