Whether it’s exam stress, financial worries, or upsetting experiences: If you face challenges during your time as a student, you don’t have to deal with them alone.
On this page, you’ll find a selection of resources for your mental and physical health. For a broader search with filter options, please use the counselling navigator. Key information about the German healthcare system can be found on the website of the International House.
Are you experiencing an emergency? When speaking to the police, fire department or ambulance dispatchers over the phone, state your name and location slowly and clearly. Describe what has happened. Wait for any follow-up questions and never end the call of your own accord! The ambulance dispatchers may still have important questions to ask.

With their knowledge of a wide range of topics, the social counsellors help you find solutions. As a rule, counselling takes place in a personal one-on-one meeting. However, you can also call or write an e-mail - all enquiries are, of course, treated confidentially.
