Immersing yourself in a new working environment often requires you to familiarise yourself with new systems, processes, regulations and tools. Here you will find important general systems and tools for TU Braunschweig employees at a glance.
The "Information Portal" is the central information system for employees of TU Braunschweig. Here you will find, for example, circulars, laws, forms, internal regulations, organisational charts, contact persons and e-services.
In the CD Toolbox you will find the central design features of TU Braunschweig's corporate design as well as numerous templates that you can use to create presentations, posters, business cards, letters and much more.
The AI-Toolbox is available to all members of TU Braunschweig. It contains a chatbot, an image generation tool and a translation tool. Training courses on the AI toolbox are offered regularly, e.g. in the continuing education programme or in the GradTUBS graduate academy.
The newsletter "The Week" reaches all employees by email every Friday. It informs you about current topics from within the university. Newsletters for doctoral candidates and postdocs can be found under "Get to know our offers".
The Jour fixe of the central and decentralised administration is a quarterly exchange and information format for all employees in the institutes, faculties and central administration of TU Braunschweig, which takes place alternately online and in person. Current topics at TU Braunschweig are discussed here, important information is shared and changes and new processes in the administration are presented.
