Mental Health First Aid - a pilot project for scientists of the TU Braunschweig
The everyday life of scientists is varied, exciting and demanding. Working at the university, passionately searching for answers in their own field of research, advancing the state of science. When different pressures come together, it can lead to stress, excessive demands or helplessness. Perhaps you know this too: a heavy workload, stress during your doctorate, disagreements in your work group, problems in your family environment, difficult situations in your partnership or health complaints - sometimes it just becomes too much. We don't want you to be alone with the situation.
The Mental Health First Aid Program at TU Braunschweig offers you the opportunity to seek support and find ways to cope with the stressful situation in the form of first aid talks with qualified employees.
