Practical course:
Students will apply their theoretical knowledge to answer different biological questions by using the methods discussed in the seminar. The students will apply several methods, covering cell cultivation, metabolite extraction, seahorse measurements, GC-MS measurements and data analysis, metabolic flux analysis with stable isotopes, etc.
