Intended learning outcomes:
The students are able to independently work on a current scientific problem of chemical energy conversion. They possess advanced experimental and/or theoretical skills required for their research project and are able to plan, perform, analyze and document advanced experiments. They have an overview of the current research in a selected research area and are familiar with its theoretical foundations. They are able to adequately present their reserach results and to engage in scientific discussions.
Course content:
Research Lab: Conduction and scientific documentation of (parts of) a current reserach project from chemical energy conversion.
Seminar: Participation in scientific colloquia, presentation and discussion of current research results.
