Course content

Analysis of urban design and urban space as well as of urban design's historical development and cultural, social, economical, ecological, political and spatial aspects of the production of the urban environment under application of various study and research methods and visualizations. Study of the relation between society and it's built manifestation.

Content:
Research-based teaching/learning format  with the  aim to derive objective as well as subjective views on the complexity of the  'city' on different scales and applied knowledge on research methods and their relevance for architectural practice.
