Outside the opening hours, on weekends and holidays, an answering machine is connected, which will be checked regularly. Please use this opportunity to inform us to an early stage of disorders.

Our requests are handled with the help of a trouble ticket system. Please do not remove the ticket number (Ticket #2007080100001) from the e-mail. The number helps us to identify your request.

Your inquiries and problem reports are recorded in a ticket system. You can find here the processing status of the tickets that affect you.


Additional Services:

We offer documentation and hand-outs concerning programs and services of the Gauß-IT-Zentrum. Some of them you must pay for, other documentations are free of charge, some of them you can get by download.
