Abstract Submission
Deadline for abstract submission: 15 April 2026
- Abstracts for oral and poster presentations may be submitted until 15 April 2026.
- Based on the submitted abstracts, the Scientific Advisory Board will issue invitations for selected oral contributions before the end of April.
- Abstracts submitted after 15 April will be considered for poster presentations only.
Conference Fee
Early Bird Registration (until 30 April 2026):
- Students: 300 €
- Experienced scientists: 350 €
After 30 April 2026:
The conference fee includes:
- 3 lunches
- 3 dinners
- Coffee breaks
- Poster sessions
- Certificate of participation (2 ECTS) issued by TU Braunschweig
- Access to documentation of all oral presentations
