Abstract Submission
Deadline for abstract submission: 15 April 2026
- Abstracts for oral and poster presentations may be submitted until 15 April 2026.
- Based on the submitted abstracts, the Scientific Advisory Board will issue invitations for selected oral contributions before the end of April.
- Abstracts submitted after 15 April will be considered for poster presentations only.
Conference Fee
- €300 – Students (until April 30, 2026)
- €350 – Early Bird (until April 30, 2026) --> for experienced researchers (not students)
- €400 – Regular (from May 1, 2026) --> for all (students & experienced researchers)
The fee includes:
- 3 lunches and 3 dinners
- coffee breaks
- participation in poster sessions
- certificate of participation (2 ECTS), issued by TU Braunschweig
- access to conference materials
The meeting starts with an optional lunch on June 3 and concludes with a conference dinner on June 5, 2026. Catering will be provided, with consideration for different dietary preferences, including vegan options. Please inform us in advance of any allergies or other dietary requirements so that we can accommodate them.
