Call for proposals

PURPOSE OF THE CALL

Goal of the initiative Ecoversity is to transform TU Braunschweig into a networked 'Ecosystem University' with a national and international reach. Through our collaborative approach, we are combining the strengths of our regional, national and international partner institutions.

The purpose of the call Ecoversity ”Attracting Talent” is to foster international collaboration and facilitate innovative collaborative research. We invite international professors and postdocs to spend a research stay at a host institute at TU Braunschweig with at least one of the following goals:

  • Join the preparation for a collaborative research project (e.g. DFG Collaborative Research Centre / Transregio (CRC), DFG (International) Research Training Group (I)RTG) and prepare future participation in the project, for example, as a Mercator Fellow”
  • Prepair participation in a running collaborative research project via the DFG Funding Initiative “Global Minds in DFG Consortia”
  • Prepair a long-term commitment to research at TU Braunschweig through the preparation of a proposal for a Humboldt Research Professorship or an Alexander von Humboldt Professorship from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation
  • Preparation of European Research Council (ERC) Proposals
