The graduation ceremonies for all faculties and Mechanical Engineering Day are among the most beautiful and emotional moments of the year for us. That is why we at the Central Alumni Management Office always take great pleasure in supporting these special occasions. Together with the graduates, their families, friends, and faculty members, we celebrate the successful completion of an important chapter in their lives.
This year, too, we were on site with our “vendor’s cart”: at our booth, interested visitors could sign up directly for the alumni network; the wheel of fortune offered small surprises to win; the popcorn machine provided the perfect snack; and our photo booth invited everyone to capture memories of this special day.
What we always enjoy most is the personal interaction. Many graduates share their fondest memories of their undergraduate and doctoral studies, their plans for the future, and their connection to the university. It is precisely these encounters that make the graduation ceremonies a highlight of our year.
We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to all graduates on their achievement. Over the past few years, you have demonstrated great dedication, perseverance, and curiosity. As you move forward on your journey, we wish you exciting challenges, inspiring encounters, and many joyful moments. We look forward to staying in touch with many of you in the future through the alumni network—because graduating and/or completing a doctorate does not end your connection to the university; it begins in a new way.
We are heading into the summer break with fond memories and nearly 200 new registrations (at least as far as graduation ceremonies are concerned) and are already very much looking forward to supporting the graduation ceremony of Faculty 2, Life Sciences, in October 2026.
Many thanks to all the dedicated organizers, supporters, and program planners!
