In der diesjährigen Lehrveranstaltung „Konstruktives Projekt“ (KP) werden grundlegende Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten des Konstruierens in einem Gebäudeentwurf angewendet. Im Rahmen des Entwurfs eines neuen „Lernzentrums” sollen Aspekte der räumlichen Gliederung und Erschließung sowie des konstruktiven Aufbaus eines Gebäudes aus Primärstruktur, Gebäudehülle und Ausbau unter Einbeziehung zeitgenössischer und neuer Technologien in ein Gebäudekonzept integriert werden. Darüber hinaus soll spezielles technisch-konstruktives Wissen aus den Bereichen Tragwerksplanung, Baustoffkunde, Bauphysik und Gebäudetechnik in den Entwurfsprozess einfließen.
In this year’s ‘Structural Design’ (KP) module, students will apply fundamental knowledge and skills relating to structural design within a building design. As part of the design of a new ‘Learning Centre’, aspects of spatial organisation and access, as well as the structural composition of a building comprising the primary structure, building envelope and finishes, are to be integrated into a building concept, taking into account contemporary and new technologies. In addition, specialized technical and structural knowledge in the fields of structural engineering, building materials science, building physics, and building services engineering should be incorporated into the design process.
