Scaled Flight Model for SE2A

The Chair of Aircraft Design is designing the reference aircraft of the cluster of excellence SE²A in the project ADEMAO. In the project CLIME together with the Institute of Flight Guidance and the Institute of Jet Propulsion and Turbomachinery, we are trying to design manufacture, and fly a scaled model flying version of one of the SE²A reference aircraft. The main purpose is to measure the flying characteristics (flight dynamics) of the novel configuration. The maiden flight is planned for October 2021. The CLIME project is funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) via the cluster of excellence SE²A.
