Annual Review

The annual review at TU Braunschweig is a structured, yearly exchange between managers and employees in academia, research management, technical services, and administration.

The review serves as a space for reflection and the exchange of information regarding working conditions and job satisfaction. It provides an opportunity for mutual feedback, clarifies work responsibilities, and allows for discussion of objectives, support and development opportunities, and employee participation.

The review is conducted in accordance with Service Agreement No. 44 on the implementation of annual reviews.
