We provide co-working spaces so that you can prepare your start-up in a professional environment. Whether technology-based development, scientific services or social innovation, we can help you with your start-up. Get in touch with us!
Our programmes are available to all students and employees of the universities. Graduates can also take advantage of our programmes for up to five years after leaving the universities. Are you interested? Then arrange an initial counselling appointment!
We are happy to support you in developing your business model, creating sound business plans and giving you comprehensive feedback on your business plan. The transfer of practical knowledge, such as presentation techniques for optimally designed pitches and presentations, is just as much a part of our support services as targeted coaching.
Regardless of whether a start-up idea already exists or not - the Entrepreneurship Hub and the Chair of Business Creation and Succession offer a wide range of teaching and further education programmes for Bachelor's and Master's students as well as doctoral candidates and postdocs at TU Braunschweig.
Students from all disciplines can attend the lectures, seminars and modules - and earn 3-5 ECTS credits depending on the course. More information on the specific courses on offer can be found here https://www.tu-braunschweig.de/aip/bcs/lehre and here https://www.entrepreneurship-hub.org/lehre/.
The EXIST funding programme of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection supports start-ups that want to get off the ground with innovative, technology-oriented or science-based business models or knowledge-based services. The content-related application coaching and the formal application are carried out together with the start-up support of the Transfer Service. We help with the development of idea outlines, network with start-up teams that have already successfully submitted an application and we take care of all the formalities, right through to the realisation of the start-up project at the university and beyond.
With the two funding lines EXIST Transfer of Research and EXIST Start-up Grant, teams are supported over 12 to 24 months with personnel, coaching and material resources in order to take the start-up project forward in leaps and bounds. The university's transfer service and specialist mentors provide support throughout the entire funding period and then work with our regional partners to pave the way for the company founded at the university.
Important: The company must not have been formally founded or commenced business operations before the application is submitted, otherwise no funding can be granted!
