Summary of the overall project:
This project uses coupled CFD-DEM simulations to analyze structure formation and thermal stress of xRNA formulations during drying and their impact on product morphology and RNA-LNP integrity. Building on these simulations, data-driven AI methods (ANNs and physics-inspired genetic programming) are developed to predict suitable process and formulation parameters and are experimentally validated in collaboration with B1/B2.
