Test for Covid-19 only when there are signs of illness!

A laboratory diagnosis should only be made when there are signs of disease.  If you are healthy, but still in the incubation period (can be up to 14 days), a negative test for COVID-19 does not tell you if you can't get sick after all. It would also put an unnecessary burden on laboratory capacity. RKI 03/20/2020 https://www.rki.de/SharedDocs/FAQ/NCOV2019/FAQ_Liste.html - in German
