Workbooks

If you've always wanted to learn about movement, nutrition, self-management, relaxation and stress management, and you prefer to do so at your own pace and convenience, then our new Workbooks are perfect for you.

Through these workbooks, you will not only receive information and prompts for reflection on various topics but also learn practical methods to apply the new knowledge and integrate it into your (study) routine. Each workbook offers exercise and relaxation techniques, time management exercises, and much more.

Currently, our workbooks are only available in German. However, if you are interested in an English-language workbook, please let us know!

Workbooks

Here you will find the individual workbooks for different topics:

Self-Management

Self-management is about the ability to effectively handle one's own resources, goals, and tasks to lead a productive and fulfilling life. It involves conscious control and organization of one's time, energy, and priorities to achieve personal and professional goals.

In this workbook, you will not only find information about self-management but also learn methods to better organize yourself and your (study) routine. Additionally, through various reflection questions, you can assess where you currently stand and determine the goals you want to pursue in the future.

Some of the workbooks are still under development. However, you can already secure a copy for yourself and you will be notified once they become available!

Movement

Physical activity and sports are known to be essential for a healthy lifestyle. However, it can often be challenging to incorporate regular exercise into daily routines. Nowadays, our lifestyles tend to be predominantly sedentary, as we can largely avoid physical activity.

The consequence of this is weight gain and a decrease in physical performance. In the long run, this has serious implications as the saying goes, "use it or lose it," which applies to the human body as well. Physical activity can help prevent conditions like back pain and even depression. Movement has a noticeable positive impact on both physical and mental well-being.

In this workbook, you will not only find information about physical activity but also learn methods to incorporate more movement into your (study) routine. Additionally, through various reflection questions, you can assess where you currently stand and determine the goals you want to pursue in the future.

Relaxation and Stress Management

Excessive stress makes you sick - that's a fact. However, many of the daily frustrations can be avoided if you can identify personal stress factors. Stress is a vital process, but too much stress can harm your health.

By engaging in targeted stress management and relaxation training, you can develop coping and recovery skills and positively change your stress response.

In this workbook, you will not only find information about relaxation and stress management but also learn methods to make your (study) routine less stressful. Additionally, through various reflection questions, you can assess where you currently stand and determine the goals you want to pursue in the future.

Nutrition

For optimal performance, your body needs not only energy but also essential nutrients for the functioning of the body and metabolism. These include vitamins, fiber, and minerals. Science can provide evidence that nutrition directly influences your health.

You work, study, maybe engage in sports, and you sleep. All of these activities require nutrients that are found in our food. High-quality and properly balanced meals can keep you physically and mentally fit, helping you meet the demands of your studies.

In this workbook, you will not only find information about nutrition but also learn methods to incorporate a "healthy" and varied diet into your (study) routine. Additionally, through various reflection questions, you can assess where you currently stand and determine the goals you want to pursue in the future.
