The study period demands a high degree of self-management from students.
Challenges lie both in the performance requirements of the degree programme, financing and in the private and social sphere. Stresses during the study phase arise, for example, from the high time commitment, condensed study programmes, frequent lack of orientation and perspective, double and triple stress due to part-time jobs and/or starting a family, as well as a lack of or insufficient opportunities for relaxation and retreat.
As part of the HEALTH4YOU project, we support you - as a student at TU Braunschweig - in leading an active, healthy lifestyle, building or strengthening your health skills and developing strategies for dealing with stress. All programmes are free of charge for you.
You want to deepen your knowledge in the field of Self-Management and deal with it more intensively? Then get our new Workbook! Here you will not only find information and impulses for reflection, but also practical methods to integrate the knowledge you have gained into your (study) everyday life - independent of time and place!
The Workbooks on other topics are currently in progress. However, you still can secure a copy for yourself and will be notified as soon as they are available!
