Everyday life at university involves many (new) challenges. Sitting in lecture halls for long periods of time and concentrating, exam situations or the double burden of studies and a part-time job. Often this can lead to stress, tension and lack of exercise as well as unhealthy eating habits.
The Challenge ties in with these points and is intended to motivate you to lead an active and healthy (study) life. To challenge yourself, you will be offered different challenges from the various subject areas of the HEALTH4YOU program, such as healthy recipes, fitness exercises or relaxation methods. You can easily implement these challenges and integrate them into your (study) everyday life.
Every week a new challenge will be emailed to you so you can challenge yourself.
