  • "Wie Citizen Science die Wissenschaft stärkt" - In the episode from June 9th, 2025, of the Campus & Karriere educational magazine on Deutschlandfunk, Monika Taddicken discusses the role of Citizen Science in science. Among other things, she discusses the extent to which the participation of people without academic training in research projects is science, which forms of participation are possible and to what extent citizen science can stabilise trust in science.                         At: Deutschlandfunk.de, 06/09/2025.

  • „Neues aus der Forschnung" - The portal Wissenschaftskommunikation.de presents a new publication by Kaija Biermann, Monika Taddicken and Lennart Banse. The qualitative interview study is part of the SCOPE research project and examines the subjective relevance of public engagement in science communication by professional university communicators.

  • „Rude communication during the pandemic" - The portal Wissenschaftskommunikation.de presents a new publication by Nicola Peters. The study examines which rude comments German virologists received on Twitter/X during the corona pandemic and whether these were associated with doubts about their trustworthiness.
