Department 38 – Financial and Administrative Facilities Management

Department 38 carries out all tasks in the area of financial and administrative facilities management, for budget allocation and budget monitoring of the funds of the Division 3, accounting and controlling, including personnel cost controlling. The responsibilities include the procurement of business supplies for the entire central administration, including photocopiers, office materials, equipment and tools, as well as Division’s motor pool. Also, the department concludes rental and lease agreements. Additionally, the department is responsible for the construction management software.
