SUBDIVISION 3.1

Subdivision 3.1 consists of the departments 31 "Infrastructural Facilities Management", 38 "Financial and Administrative Facilities Management" and 39 "Procurement and Contracting".

Infrastructural Facilities Management provides infrastructural services, such as mail distribution or lecture hall allocation.

Financial and Administrative Facilities Management is responsible for allocation and controlling of all budgets for Division 3, including personnel cost controlling and rental and lease matters.

Procurement and Contracting is responsible for procuring business supplies for the entire central administration and for all procurement and contracting procedures of Division 3 in accordance with VOB/A, UVgO, VgV as well as for contracts with freelance professionals, such as architects and engineers.
