The working group focuses on developing and bringing together topics and structures aimed at promoting healthy working conditions, organisational practices, and behaviours in the workplace – benefiting both employees and the university alike.
In the practice sessions, specific tasks arising from the Health Working Group are addressed and worked on in a hands-on manner.

The Health Working Group is made up of representatives from various areas of the university who have decision-making authority, co-determination rights, or subject-matter expertise in health-related matters. The group focuses on developing and coordinating topics and structures that aim to promote healthy working conditions, organisational practices, and behaviours—benefiting both staff and the university as a whole.
The group meets once per quarter.

In the practice sessions, clearly defined tasks arising from the Health Working Group are addressed. The results are then evaluated and presented to the Health Network Working Group.
One example of a practice session topic was the pilot project Mental Health First Aid.
The practice session meets
twice between two Health Working Group meetings, which take place quarterly
for 90 minutes each
Participation counts as working time.
