The personnel development department provides various formats that contribute to an informative and lively cooperation across TU Braunschweig. In addition, our guidelines offer useful advice and support for managers and executives.
The jour fixe serves as a regular exchange between employees in the institutes, faculties and central facilities that carry out administrative tasks and the central administration. The aim is to improve the exchange of information among each other and thus cooperation. Current topics, interfaces, problems and suggestions for improvement are discussed at the meetings.
BeN is a holistic program for all those involved in advising students and prospective students at the TU Braunschweig. The focus is on regular network meetings of the advising institutions and the exchange of information.
The graduate academy GradTUBS organises exchange, information and networking events for doctoral students. Offers range from the annual welcome event to informative lunch formats, from cinema evenings to events that promote interdisciplinary exchange. The programme changes every six months.
The postdoc programme offers various exchange and information formats for academic staff in the career phases R2 and R3, including junior research group leaders and junior professors. The offers include:

The guidelines on error culture would like to encourage all managers and employees of the central administration to maintain and promote an open approach to errors. In our understanding of a constructive error culture, the central goal is the comprehensive reflection of errors, which should be solution-oriented and not person-oriented.
