Qigong & Taiji

Qigong and Tai Chi are meditative forms of exercise that combine relaxation and concentration with physical and breathing exercises. Gentle, flowing movements are performed to calm music. Individual muscles or muscle groups are not trained in isolation, but rather the natural movements that run through the entire body result in the even strengthening of the entire musculoskeletal system and improved mobility. Balance and coordination are also trained and body awareness is improved. The course focuses on Qigong and is supplemented by elements from Tai Chi.

Breathing exercises as part of finger yoga and standing meditation further complement the course and lead to pleasant mental relaxation. The inner peace and balance experienced in the course soon carries over into everyday life:

Relaxation and meditation techniques for everyday (working) life
