The ActiveBoxes for workplace health promotion can be booked on a monthly basis by employees of TU Braunschweig. The boxes can be booked for one month at a time and picked up at the University Sports Center. At the end of the month, the box must be returned to the University Sports Center by the deadline.

While the “Fitness” activity box provides various fitness equipment that enables low-threshold training to strengthen and relax muscles during the working day, the ‘Relax’ activity box offers a wide range of materials for relaxation and concentration. The various “Team Games” activity boxes, on the other hand, are ideal for team-building activities.
