Corporate health promotion (CHP) supports you—as an employee of TU Braunschweig—in improving your health, reducing stress, and increasing your well-being.
The TU Braunschweig offers a wide range of services as part of its corporate health promotion program. These include exercise and relaxation courses as well as seminars and workshops on topics such as stress management, healthy eating, and mental health.
We take a holistic approach to health: in addition to individual offerings, we also consider health-promoting working conditions. Most of the workplace health promotion offerings take place during working hours and close to the workplace. Health-promoting team activities, such as the PausenExpress or our Team Games Boxes, not only improve physical and mental health and reduce stress, but also strengthen cohesion, motivation, and the working atmosphere within a team.
All services are free of charge and are available to all employees, regardless of their role or area of work. By participating, you are contributing to your own health and, at the same time, to a strong, sustainable university.
Find out more, get involved, and make your everyday working life active and healthy.
Note: Registration for BGF courses (summer semester 2026) begins on February 16, 2026, via the Central Personnel Development Office (ZPE).
Employees of TU Braunschweig can book one course per week during working hours via the ZPE.
Starting March 23, 2026, additional spots will be available for booking through the University Sports Center, without counting as working hours.
