The “Relax” Activity Box is a box that contains many different materials for relaxation and concentration. Thanks to the versatile uses of the materials, countless relaxation and concentration exercises can be tried out and applied in order to work effectively (further).
The box can be reserved for one month at a time and can be picked up during office hours at the University Sports Center (Franz-Liszt-Str. 34, 38106 Braunschweig) after receiving a confirmation email. At the end of the month, the box must be returned to the University Sports Center by the deadline.
