The “Fitness” Activity Box is a box filled with fitness equipment that enables low-intensity training to strengthen and relax muscles during the working day. With the help of the enclosed instructions for the various small pieces of equipment, countless different effective exercises can be performed.
The box can be booked for one month at a time and can be picked up during office hours at the University Sports Center (Franz-Liszt-Str. 34, 38106 Braunschweig) after receiving a confirmation email. At the end of the month, the box must be returned to the University Sports Center on time.
