Closure of the Study Service Centre on March, 16 and March 19 (10 a.m. - 12 p.m)

Due to an internal event, the Study Service Centre will be closed on Monday, March 16, and Thursday, March 19 (10 a.m. to 12 p.m.).
Some departments will offer alternative office hours at other locations:

International House - General counselling (Monday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Bültenweg 74, Room 320)

International House - Exchange Students (Montag, 10-12 Uhr, Bültenweg 74, Raum 303)

Academic Advice Service (Thursday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Room 252)

TUcards and welcome bags will be issued starting March 23.

TUcards and Welcome Bags for the summer semestre 2026 will be issued from Monday 23 March.

Where: Inside the Study Service Centre, Pockelsstraße 11, on the ground floor (Haus der Wissenschaft)

When: daily during opening hours:

Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons 2 - 4 p.m.

Please bring a photo ID - i.e. your identity card, passport or residence permit.

There are no opening hours in the afternoon before public holidays.

The Study Service Call is available for initial information by telephone regarding application, studies and enrollment at +49 531 391 4321 during the following times:

Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m.‒4 p.m.

Friday and before public holidays: 9 a.m.‒1 p.m.
