TU Braunschweig promotes a culture of lifelong learning and personal development, where participatory approaches,  "learning together" and "learning from each other" are important aspects of our self-image.

Personnel and Professional Development plays an important role as a strategic field of action of the university management. It communicates the university-wide goals and values, incorporates cross-cutting issues such as internationalisation, equal opportunities, leadership quality and sustainability into everyday working life and promotes early and informed career decisions by employees.

The different aspects of the university's personnel and professional development strategy will be summarised in a concept paper which is currently being updated. After completion, the new personnel development concept will be made available HERE.
