„Fly High!“ – Short film evening with panel discussion

This event took place on September 26, 2024, in the test hall of the IFL –  Institute of Aircraft Design and Lightwight Structures and Lightweight Construction.

“Film is not me seeing; film is me flying”

Inspired by the connection between watching film and flying machines, the Science and Art Lab at TU Braunschweig, together with the SE²A Cluster of Excellence – Sustainable and Energy-Efficient Aviation, hosted the short film evening Fly High. The program, curated specifically for this occasion in cooperation with the Braunschweig International Film Festival, was shown in the IFL test hall, which is otherwise not open to the public.

The two slots, featuring a total of nine short films, were framed by a program that explored the diverse questions surrounding the future of flight from various perspectives.
