In the time of digital transformation, professionals are faced with the challenge of having to acquire more and more new knowledge in less and less time, assess digital opportunities and risks and evaluate them for their personal and professional context. However, everyday professional life often does not allow people to take part in extensive further training. In addition, timing challenges can arise when dealing with family responsibilities.
This is where the Digital Skills@work training programme comes in: A certified training at the academic level of a bachelor's degree programme, which can be completed online and is very flexible in terms of time.
In the following topics you will receive further training
How to use media in society and the world of work (3 ECTS)
Effective use of data and information in the digital world of work (3 ECTS)
Digitalisation of work and society (3 ECTS)
The individual modules provide participants with specialised knowledge, skills, abilities and methods for digital transformation and for dealing with digital data, information and media. The acquired knowledge and skills enable graduates to act in a goal-oriented and reflective manner in using new technologies, both professionally and privately, and to deal with the effects of digital transformation in companies.
The training is particularly suitable for professionals who want to find answers to the following questions:
How do I avoid an overload of information? How do I get the information I need in a targeted way? How can I specifically control what information is retrieved about/from my company?
How can I understand "the language of data"? How can I make a sound assessment of the quality of data? How can I visually present results in a meaningful way?
When is social media marketing appropriate? How can my company be found better by search engines?
