Our “Circles” facilitate focused collaboration on strategic challenges facing TU Braunschweig. First piloted in 2023, this format brings together 5–20 staff members and students over one or more sessions; they are invited by a member of the Executive Board to contribute their expertise. The Circle team formed in this way independently refines the task at hand and decides which additional perspectives—such as through stakeholder talks, surveys, or workshops—should be incorporated. The Project House moderates and coordinates the process and provides effective methods for efficient collaboration.
This circle developed an internationalization strategy for the Technical University of Braunschweig.
