On July 1, 2015, the TU Braunschweig started the project to introduce HISinOne, the new integrated student life cycle management system of the HISeG. The system supports the entire administration of studies and students between application and graduation. This includes the processing of applications up to acceptance or rejection, the re-registration of students, the organization of time and space of events, the presentation of study programs and examination regulations, the organizational handling of all aspects of examinations, internships and graduation, as well as the self-service functions in all areas relating to studies.
Due to the large number of organisational units with their respective different cultures the project is very complex. The above-mentioned areas have to be connected within the framework of the project and harmonized processes have to be developed.
