The administration of the Erasmus+ program will be converted to digital transmission of data between the universities within the framework of EWP. Within this digitalization, the Mobility Life Cycle is to be mapped digitally in the Student Life Cycle. A bidirectional data exchange for mobility data of participants between the Student life cycle management system (HIS) and the mobility management system will be established. For the internal implementation of EWP, the optimization of the interfaces is required. In addition to the connection of MoveOn to the single sign on system, the exchange of relevant data between HIS and MoveOn is to be implemented. This data exchange is necessary for the administrative processes at TUBS and the host university. In addition to the legal requirement and program requirements to digitize the mobility area of TUBS, we also achieve an optimization of the process itself without media breaks, enhancing data economy and transparency in accordance to the EU Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and improving the service to the members of TUBS.
