After having successfully completed the lecture Control Engineering 3, students are able to understand control methods for embedded and networked systems, apply them for basic examples and are able to analyze and evaluate respective results. The students can specify and evaluate the aspects of stability and system structure in the contexts of constraints and communication. Moreover, they are able to select and synthesize methods for given applications. In addition, they are able to integrate methods in toolchains and apply them to simulated and real systems.
