Measurement and Manipulation of Flows

Measurement and Manipulation of Flows

The group develops and runs high-quality experimental setups to study airfoils, aircraft components, generic configurations and canonical flows. One focus  is to develop and utilize methods for active and passive control. Flow control is employed to control turbulent separations for high lift, or for low drag or the control of laminar-turbulent transition.
