Whistleblowing

EU Whistleblower Directive for Informers

The aim of this directive is to improve the enforcement of European Union law and policies in certain areas by establishing common minimum standards ensuring a high level of protection for persons reporting infringements of European Union law and was intended to be implemented by national law by 17 December 2021. In the absence of a national legal basis, TU Braunschweig has established reporting channels directly.

We listen to you!

Depending on the topic and context, whistleblowers can contact the following persons, who are sworn to secrecy, and can be found on the TU Braunschweig website under the following link https://www.tu-braunschweig.de/hinweisgeber. You can decide how your information is handled. You can remain anonymous, seek a personal consultation and, depending on the need for action, initiate concrete steps together with your contact person. Alongside this, we comply with the applicable EU Whistleblower Directive EU 2019/1937.
