Our intention in teaching is to enable future engineers to positively shape the future. An important basis is the teaching of profound basic knowledge and specific technical knowledge. Building on this, students should learn to be able to comprehensively evaluate the impact of their actions and technical developments. Ideally, university teaching should also prepare future engineers to work in heterogeneous and interdisciplinary teams and promote their social skills. It is desirable to have a teaching environment that promotes the development of students' potential so that they can develop their full innovative power in their work in the world.

Our teaching concept therefore includes courses with lectures, exercises, laboratories, practical phases and project work in teams and seminars in both the bachelor's and master's degree programs. To support classroom teaching, we develop and operate the InAD learning platforms. In addition, we are happy to supervise and accompany your student work in the areas of acoustics, uncertainty, dynamics and friction.

For questions concerning the specialization in acoustics, our student advisory service is available to all interested students.
