International Female Program

The Transregio Collaborative Research Center “SynTrac - Synergies of Highly Integrated Transport Aircraft” supports international women with the International Female Program, offering two possible ways to enter our research environment.

The “Master's projects” program line offers master's thesis projects for female applicants worldwide. Successful applicants receive a contract as a student research assistant, which covers the cost of living in Germany.

The “Research Internship” program line is aimed at female academics who are at the beginning of their careers after completing their master's degrees at foreign universities. Successful applicants receive a 6-month contract for a half-day position as a researcher.

Successful completion of the program means that the young scientists have gained research experience through their work at SynTrac, built up a strong network in the local research environment, and can be recruited as doctoral students if they are interested.

Below you will find our job postings, but unsolicited applications are always welcome.
