By public transport:

- Bus lines 416, 419, 429, 436 and 443 to "Gliesmaroder Straße" stop, then walk (approx. 350 m) via Gliesmaroder Straße, Linnestraße to the Botanic Garden, Bültenweg entrance (approx. 5 minutes walk)
- Bus lines 411, 418 and 422 to "Kasernenstraße" bus stop, then on foot (approx. 550 m) via Kasernenstraße and Humboldtstraße to the Botanic Garden, Bültenweg entrance (approx. 10 minutes' walk).
