Under the theme Future through change. Sustainability Transformation of the Agricultural and Food Sector in Lower Saxony, the Department of Landscape Ecology and Environmental Systems Analysis in cooperation with the Thünen Institute of Biodiversity will receive funding for the next five years as part of the agri:lab X4 sub-project. The focus of the sub-project is the “trilemma of sustainable land use”, in which solutions for the challenges of climate protection, food security and biodiversity conservation in the agricultural landscape are to be researched. The project is funded by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture (Niedersächsisches Ministerium für Wissenschaft und Kultur).
