Department 37 – Space Management

Future-oriented, the department aims to develop TU's campus in a way to achieve an economic operation of buildings with optimized space utilization and energy consumption.

For this purpose, it manages TU Braunschweig's space and building database and regularly prepares data evaluations for internal purposes or for third parties and space requirement calculations for construction registrations or relocation scenarios.

Furthermore, the department manages TU's properties and develops them further, e.g. within the framework of the project "New Mobility at TU".

• Maintenance and development of the digital database on TU buildings and technical facilities (CAFM)
• Real estate matters
• Concept phase research construction projects
• Support of construction registrations
• Mobility concept
