Semester dates of FK EITP incl. exam periods – written and oral

Please arrange dates for oral examinations directly with the examiners.

Registration for written examinations takes place online via TUconnect and is only possible during the examination registration period. Exam registrations received late cannot be considered!

Important note: In individual cases, problems may arise when registering for examinations. In case of non-success, please send us a completed registration form for ET, WIING-ET, IST, NEEMO, EMOB, ELSY or a registration form for physics to infoservice-fk5(at)tu-braunschweig.de with the subject "Prüfungsanmeldung".

Please note the following deadlines when deregistering from examinations:

• Written examinations: For written examinations, registration must be withdrawn by the end of the penultimate day before the date of the examination. (APO § 11 para. 1)
• Oral examinations: Deregistration at the latest one week before the examination date (also at the institute).

In case of illness, the certificate must be submitted to the respective examination office within three working days of the examination date.

Since 1 April 2023, you must upload your thesis via TUconnect by the deadline. Personal submission to the examination office is no longer required. This is based on a new regulation in the new "General Part of the Examination Regulations (APO) for Bachelor's, Master's, Diplom and Magister degree programmes at the Technische Universität Braunschweig", § 14 Paragraph 7.

You can submit your thesis digitally after successful registration in TUconnect under "My studies -> Upload thesis". Please note that the examiners may additionally request printed versions of your thesis.

If your examiners request printed copies of the thesis, these must be accompanied by a signed declaration that the electronic and printed versions are identical. No later than five days after the upload date (= submission date), you must submit the printed copies directly to the examiners by post or in person. In this case, too, it is no longer necessary to submit printed copies to the examination office.
