for e-mail enquiries, please state your degree programme and matriculation number in the subject line as well as a keyword for your request. For example: subject, 123456, final thesis / exam registration / exam deregistration / certificate collection / degree certificate etc.

Documents, such as sick notes, can be placed in the white letterbox to the left of room 106 outside of service hours. Please note your degree programme and matriculation number. For examinations, please also state the name of the examination and the date of the examination.

Please note: Certificates can only be collected after prior request by e-mail. Experience has shown that processing takes several weeks. Please be patient, we will inform you as soon as possible.
