- Through coaching sessions and workshops, we prepare you to meet and interact with company representatives. Showcase your talents, strengths, and interests, and confidently communicate your requirements for an ideal working environment. You are the expert!
- We also support companies that are interested in meeting you as specialists and young professionals in advance of all networking events on what we call “Matching Day.”
- Job shadowing, taster days, or even further job-related interviews are possible after this initial meeting, at the individual initiative of the companies.
- The program lasts a maximum of six months, with an investment of around 10 hours per month. You can easily combine it with other activities, including parallel participation in possible public funding programs.
For your participation starting January 19, 2026, we will accept your registration until January 18 at the latest.
The number of places is limited, and we allocate them chronologically. The earlier you register with us, the greater your chance of participating!
Participation in the program itself is free of charge. You must be willing to travel to the “Matching Day,” which will take place in mid-March 2026 at Beiersdorf AG in Hamburg. You are responsible for your own travel expenses, but we always endeavor to provide appropriate budgets to support you. Your disability, chronic illness, or neurodivergent background is individual and very personal. Therefore, we do not require any proof or certification for your participation.
